The seventh China-Arab States Expo will feature its first-ever green power application zone, showcasing cutting-edge solutions for renewable energy use, organizers announced on Friday.
Scheduled to take place from August 28 to 31 in Yinchuan, capital of northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the newly added zone will demonstrate how green electricity transitions from generation to practical applications — thereby promoting China-Arab cooperation in clean energy technologies.
Exhibits will highlight integrated power grid systems that combine generation, transmission, consumption, and storage to enhance grid stability and renewable energy efficiency. The zone will also showcase direct green power supply operations and the integration of green electricity with agriculture in desertified areas.
Additionally, the entire exhibition area will be powered by green electricity through a green power trading platform, illustrating the feasibility of large-scale application of clean energy.
