Noting that global uncertainty is rising, Xi emphasized that the world’s pursuit of peace, development, and win-win outcomes remains unchanged.
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that bilateral ties have become a model for state-to-state relations, grounded in equality, mutual trust, and comprehensive strategic coordination. Putin expressed Russia’s readiness to expand cooperation across trade, energy, and technology, and to enhance multilateral coordination within platforms such as the United Nations, BRICS, and the G20.
