China has launched its 14th batch of low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellites designed to provide internet services, marking another step in the country’s expanding satellite network initiative. The satellites were successfully sent into orbit aboard a Long March-8A carrier rocket.
The launch took place at 15:53 local time from the Hainan Commercial Launch Site. According to official reports, the satellites have entered their pre-designated orbits as planned.
This successful mission represents the 612th flight of the Long March launch vehicle family, underscoring the continued reliability and operational frequency of China’s carrier rocket program.
