Chinese companies participated in the 17th UAE-China Export Brands Exhibition, held from December 17 to 19 at the Dubai World Trade Center. This large-scale event featured over 3,000 companies and covered an area of 100,000 square meters. Chinese companies actively explored the UAE market using the exhibition platform, showcasing new products, technological innovations, and service updates, contributing to the deepening of China-Arab economic relations.
The exhibition allowed Chinese companies to present a wide range of products. Many new items, from smart pillboxes to recyclable packaging materials, were introduced to buyers from the Middle East market. This year’s event also highlighted regional brands from cities like Ningbo, Hangzhou, Foshan, and Guangzhou, as business representatives aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese products by showcasing local industrial characteristics.
One of the visitors, Egyptian businessman Said, mentioned that he aimed to observe the new trends in Chinese products and seek collaborations to offer a better consumer experience in the Middle Eastern market. Furthermore, China-Arab cooperation continues to deepen. China is not only the UAE’s largest trading partner but also its biggest export market. The China-Arab Trade Cooperation is closely aligned with the Belt and Road Initiative and the UAE’s development strategies.
In recent years, the trade volume between China and the UAE has surged, with cooperation expanding across various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, finance, and high technology. Chinese products play a crucial role in the construction of regional trade, finance, and logistics centers in the UAE, creating new opportunities for bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
