Guangdong Zhenhao Xingkong Furniture Technology Co., based in Foshan, is gaining strong traction in the Middle Eastern market with its popular “starry sky houses” (also known as “bubble houses”). At the 137th Canton Fair, General Manager Liang Fenghua received an order for 90 units from a Saudi buyer within minutes, followed by an additional 50 the next day. While exports to the United States came to a halt due to rising tariffs, the company has shifted its focus to countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
With high-quality materials, durability, and appealing design, these transparent dome houses have become a trend in countries like Saudi Arabia, where outdoor socializing is popular in the cooler evenings. Demand is also growing in Europe, with interest from countries such as Poland and Australia. Backed by an automated production line and in-house mold designs, these innovative Chinese-made products are finding success worldwide. Company officials emphasize that losses in the U.S. market have been more than offset by new opportunities in Belt and Road countries.
