Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is scheduled to attend the 60th Munich Security Conference from February 16 to 21. During the conference, he will deliver a speech elucidating China’s perspectives on major international issues within the framework of the conference’s theme. Additionally, Wang will undertake visits to Spain and France, engaging in bilateral discussions and participating in the Strategic Dialogue meeting with France. Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning announced on Thursday that Wang, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, will be accompanied by Munich Security Conference Chairman Christoph Heusgen, Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation Jose Manuel Albares Bueno, as well as French President’s Diplomatic Advisor Emmanuel Bonne, who extended the invitation.
