Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov stated that Kyrgyzstan and China are true friendly neighbors and strategic partners, emphasizing that relations with China are among Kyrgyzstan’s foreign policy priorities.
During a meeting on January 22, where he received the credentials of Liu Jiangping, the new Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, Japarov expressed Kyrgyzstan’s willingness to deepen cooperation in all fields and implement projects that benefit the peoples of both countries.
Ambassador Liu Jiangping said she would resolutely implement the goals agreed upon by the two countries’ leaders and do her utmost to promote the development of Kyrgyz-Chinese relations. Liu Jiangping assumed her post in Kyrgyzstan on December 30, 2024.
