On May 8, 2025, a special event was held in London, the capital of the United Kingdom, to mark this year’s Chinese Language Day. Around 100 students from six different schools across the UK gathered to celebrate the Chinese language and culture.
During the event, students participated in various workshops including Chinese fan dance, calligraphy, woodblock printing, and opera facial mask painting. These activities offered students a fun and engaging way to experience Chinese culture. Some students also gave speeches expressing their interest in learning the Chinese language. Chinese Language Day stands out as an important event aimed at promoting Chinese culture internationally.
