The 137th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair and dubbed “China’s No.1 Trade Fair,” concluded on May 5. As of May 4, the event had attracted more than 280,000 overseas buyers from 219 countries and regions — a 17.3% increase compared to the same period last year, setting a new all-time record.
Throughout the fair, visitors engaged in business negotiations across various sectors, including luggage and bag products. The event once again highlighted China’s expanding role in global trade.
