On February 22, China successfully launched the Zhongxing 10R satellite into space using the Chang Zheng-3B carrier rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center. The satellite smoothly entered its designated orbit, marking the successful completion of the mission. Both the rocket and the satellite were developed by the First and Fifth Academies of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.
The Zhongxing 10R satellite will provide satellite communication services to users in China’s transportation, emergency management, energy, and forestry sectors, as well as to countries and regions along the “Belt and Road” route.
This launch marks the 560th mission of the Chang Zheng rocket series.
