Renmin University of China officially opened the “Belt and Road” International Business School. The opening ceremony was part of a strategic cooperation agreement signed between Renmin University and the Zhejiang Provincial Government. The school aims to support the high-quality development of the “Belt and Road” Initiative by providing human resources and intellectual contributions. Focusing on Yiwu, the school plans to integrate domestic and international resources and work on priority areas such as digital economy and trade.
Additionally, two research centers were launched within the school. The “International Legal Consulting Service Center” and the “Common Prosperity Workshop Research Center” aim to enhance international cooperation and provide human resource support for the “Belt and Road” Initiative. Established in Yiwu, the school aims to contribute to strengthening global trade networks and the development of the digital economy in the region.
